Building Surveyor

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Building Surveyor for a well-established Building Consultancy who specialise in the Social Housing sector.

This role offers full autonomy, giving you the opportunity to manage your own diary and time. The role will primarily be focussed on managing projects within the Housing Association portfolio where you will perform CAD Design, Contract Administration, Building Works and Planned Maintenance. There will also be some general Building Surveying duties.

Ideally this would suit a Building Surveyor with previous Local Authority or a Housing Association background, whether that is directly or as a consultant.

Requirements:

• HNC or Degree in a Built Environment discipline
• CAD 
• Previous Contract Administration / Project Management experience
• Sound Knowledge of JCT or NEC forms of contract
