One of the largest international property construction consultancies are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their small, yet highly skilled central Manchester building consultancy team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for working within multi-disciplined teams as well as on their own initiative, working across a wide variety of clients including; commercial, industrial, heath, infrastructure and public sectors.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be proactively undertaking the full range of traditional building surveying disciplines and liaising with clients through the full lifecycle of works.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

Undertaking both project and professional services including;

• Contract administration
• Project monitoring
• Schedules of dilapidations

Managing key accounts and developing both new and existing client relationships

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS
• BSc or MSc in building surveying
• Detailed understanding of JCT contracts
• Evidence of taking complex projects from inception through to completion
• Excellent communication skills
