Interim Disposals Surveyor in Hertfordshire required to help a large land holder dispose of garage sites and make comments on the viability of selling garage sites.

Client Details

My client is a large property holder in the Hertfordshire area, who due to a significant transformation is currently restructuring and thus needs support on an interim basis to help dispose of and make comments on the disposal of garage sites.

Description

To be considered for the role, you should have experience in delivering efficient day to day management of property portfolios. This includes but is not limited to the following:

• Disposal of assets (ideally garages, but not essential)

• Have worked with or had interaction with the public sector organisation
• Write reports on assets that are being sold

Profile

The Chartered Estates Surveyor would ideally be someone who is chartered, or who is working towards being chartered, although someone with sufficient levels of experience and is not chartered would still be considered for the role.

Ideally they would have experience of working in a local council environment.

They would have experience of broad estates management, but a particular focus on disposals experience.

Also, although this role comes with a lot of support, someone who is able to work proactively on their own and also work where there is not a huge amount of accessible information on an online system would be highly advantageous. This role definitely would suit an autonomous person, who likes working on their own initiative and can also work as part of a team to work towards a shared goal.
