Quantity Surveyor - PQS / Consultancy - Cambridge

A leading PQS Consultancy are looking to take on an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their Cambridge Office. They have acquired several new build projects in and around central Cambridge, the Quantity Surveyor needs to have previous experience in the build sector.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will help look after multi sector new build projects under the guidance of the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in new build residential, commercial and retail projects as well as education refurb schemes up to the value of £50m.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Cost plans and Cost Reports
  • Preparing variations
  • Interim valuation payments
  • Pre & Post Contract works
  • Attend meetings
