Job Details
As the Building Surveyor within a lean property team you will be working autonomously managing your own diary. Responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance as well running a program of dilapidation's for a significant industrial portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planned & reactive maintenance of the industrial portfolio
- Managing external teams and contractors
- Supporting the Senior Building Surveyor with larger projects
- Manage the program of dilapidation's
Profile
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic Maintenance/Building Surveyor who can confidently manage contractors and external teams to achieve the end goal. Due to the supportive nature of the business this would be ideal for an individual working towards chartership (RICS/CIOB). Working independently but with appropriate support it provides fantastic development opportunities.
