Your new role

Based from the companies UK HQ in the West End, this position sits within the Alternative Investment Sector valuation department which consists of 3 partners and 7 fee earners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide valuation advice on a wide range of properties on differing bases to financial institutions and property investors.
• Write concise and accurate valuation reports
• Carry out client meetings, assist with pitches and contribute to overall team billing

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS RICS REGISTERED VALUER - ESSENTIAL (Non-Qualified applications will not be processed)

A recent track record of completing high level commercial investment valuations for bank lending purposes, experience within alternatives is preferable but not essential. The successful candidate will have the ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision, dealing with and progressing instructions, business development paired with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders / clients.
