Our clients are a multi-disciplinary professional practice of Chartered Surveyors and Construction Consultants, providing expert advice within the industry. Following recent success, they are currently looking to recruit a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in South East London.

£50,000 - 65,000 salary depending on experience

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing all QS aspects of various schemes from inception to completion including cost control, planning, forecasting, estimating and agreement of the final accounts
- On-going cost analysis
- Feasibility studies, cost advice and cost management
- Contract Administration and Employers Agent duties
- Procuring and tendering of work to contractors
- Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
- Carrying out site visits
- Report writing and preparing documents
- Risk Analysis Evaluations
- Assisting in the training and guidance of junior staff members
- Liaising with clients, developing and maintaining relationships

Experience/Qualifications:
- MRICS
- BSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar relevant degree)
- Minimum of 5 years previous PQS experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
