Senior Quantity Surveyor - London - Consultancy/PQS
A global construction consultancy with a large presence in London and across Europe are seeking a project focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding office based a short walk from London Marylebone.
You will undertake a project delivery and client management role alongside an experienced team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to both UK and European based projects with an element of travelling involved across the year.
An excellent chance for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who seeks greater project diversity and progression opportunities.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide an all-round Quantity Surveying including project management where necessary.
Moreover, your day to day role will include:
- Feasibilities
- Cost plans and reports
- Working alongside and Associate
- Client and Site meetings
- Pre and Post contract services
- Project manage where necessary
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- 8+ years QS experience
- MRICS, or seeking chartership
- Diverse sector experience
- RICS accredited degree
- Strong ICT and Mathematical skills

- £60,000 - £70,000 circa
- 27 days annual leave
