Job Details
Our client is a highly prestigious, multi office private practice specialising in Secured Lending Valuations, Commercial Agency & LPA Receivership for prestigious clients across London and the surrounding counties.
Comprising 4 partners, 22 staff and working on behalf of main lenders and private clients, they require an experienced Senior Valuation Surveyor to undertake a varied commercial/residential workload on behalf of Prime Lenders / Private Banks, with inspected properties typically ranging from £500,000 to £50,000,000 in value.
Working out of their impressive Mayfair and North London offices, our client pride themselves on their flexibility and friendly (yet highly professional) team-focused working environment and can offer the successful senior valuation surveyor either office based / semi-remote working to suit.
Senior Valuation Surveyors working with our client will enjoy a competitive basic salary (between £50-65k) with outstanding bonuses seeing OTE in the region of £80k+. There will also be provision for a car, healthcare and pension.
