Project Manager/Employers Agent

A superb position has been created for a project manager/employers agent to join a world renowned construction consultancy in Birmingham.

About the role;

Our client is looking for a project manager/employers agent to join their mid-range housing team, to work on on-going design and build projects in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The team is involved in some of the UK’s most complex and diverse projects.

About our client;

Our client is a leading construction consultancy, who specialise in project management, engineering and design management.

Projects will range in value from a few million up to £50 million, giving you fantastic exposure to different projects and the levels of complexity each one holds.

You will be given full support towards your professional development and encouraged to progress within the business.

About you;

Our client is looking for someone who is ambitious and ready to hit the ground running. You must have previous experience within a consultancy in a project management and/or employers agent capacity. You must also be capable of working on projects from inception through to completion, or have a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle.

It is expected that you will have a construction or property related degree and will be MRICS or working towards this or another professional affiliation.

Compensation;

• £35,000 - £45,000
