Building Surveyor – Plymouth
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + bonuses
An established multidisciplinary property consultancy, operating nationwide are looking to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor for their Plymouth office. Following sustained growth our client are looking for a talented Building Surveyor to represent their Surveying team in the South West Region.
As a Building Surveyor, you will operate in a wide variety if sectors carrying out projects and professional services on a diverse range of properties. Successful candidates will be involved in the built environment from project conception to completion. This includes duties such as contract administration, design and management of refurbishments, defect analyses and party wall work.
Ideal candidates for this role will:
- Show extensive evidence of experience working on building surveying projects.
- Be dedicated to delivering high quality services in an efficient and timely manner.
- Be computer literate, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
MRICS status is desirable, ideal candidates will be Chartered Building Surveyors with 1-5 years post-qualification experience.
