About the Senior Project Manager opportunity:

This construction consultancy is a leading provider of Project Management and Cost Management services to new build and refurbishment projects within mainly the commercial and high-end residential sectors. They work though a network of offices that cover the UK, Europe, and America, and have built an excellent reputation with their clients. Their London office is now looking for a Senior Project Manager who is a Member of the RICS or MAPM.

The company has recently been awarded a series of high end residential and commercial projects from a number of leading clients. They now require to further their team with a Senior Project Manager who will have experience on similar projects. It is also important that you are commercial aware, client facing, proactive, career focused with the ability or desire to be in a client facing role.

The company is a medium to large sized firm with around 200 employees.  They have a fantastic list of clients and interesting projects.  They have all the benefits you’d expect to find at a large corporate but the flexibility and feel of a smaller firm.

Skills needed for the Senior Project Manager:

·Consultancy background

·Experience of taking lead on projects and clients main contact

·Member of the RICS or MAPM

·Commercial or residential, refurbishment, and or new build project experience

·Client facing and a good communicator

·Some management experience

Salary and Benefits for the Senior Project Manager:

Circa £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits
