Superb opportunity for a driven Project Manager to step out of the glass ceiling environment and take charge of developing the Project Management business in Manchester and the North West for this leading SME.

You and the team you develop will provide high calibre Project Management and Employer’s Agent services to high-end commercial clients. You will service current workload, including investor led refurbishment and added value schemes across commercial office, residential, retail and industrial asset classes as well as developing the Project Management workload and raising the profile of this service in the Northwest region.

This is a senior role and you would either join at Technical Partner level or Senior Associate with the opportunity to progress into the Technical Partner role subject to performance and progress.

Must be experienced working with investors, developers and occupiers to deliver complex refurbishment schemes, extensions and new-build projects and in building and leading project teams to provide first class project delivery.
