Senior Building Surveyor

They are ideally looking for someone with experience who is comfortable working on their own projects and able to hit the ground running who are chartered. They are also happy and willing to assist someone in the final stages of their APC and support them through training.
  
You will join as a Senior Building Surveyor at a small firm based in an idyllic setting in Kent. Whilst the office is relaxed it is professional and very busy where the Partners operate at a very high level and work closely together to develop the business and ensure to provide clients with the very best service.

They have an ever expanding and diverse client portfolio covering all business sectors so ideally they are looking for someone who will enthusiastically contribute to the building surveying services with hunger for continuous improvement and success. With a practice of this size hard work and success does go noticed and is rewarded. There is potential or significant career development for the individual that meets this criteria and is successful in their applications. 

Clients are based in London and the surrounding areas so there will be some local travelling giving you the best of both worlds with flexibility of home working when suitable. 

The successful candidate will preferably demonstrable project and broad professional building surveying experience delivered to a consistently high standard, meeting deadlines and using excellent client relationship skills.
