A commercially-focused, multi-discipline construction consultancy located in Manchester City Centre are seeking an Building Surveyor to join and develop their building surveying presence in the North West.

The successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for acting as a key client interface and expanding the Building Surveying presence in the North West, undertaking the full remit of traditional building surveying duties.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be fully supported by the national team however will be working as the sole Building Surveyor within a multi-disciplinary team.

• 50/50 project/professional split
• Liaising with a varied client base
• Networking and developing the building surveying presence in the North west

The Successful Building Surveyor?

• 2+ years' experience as a Building Surveyor
• Close to sitting APC final assessment
• Strong work ethic and a self-motivator
• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

In Return? The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

• £28,000 - £35,000
