Senior/Associate Building Surveyor;

An awarding winning practice is looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team in their Walton on Thames office.

My client is a multi-discipline firm offer wide range of services across the built environment, many of their projects are shortlisted for the RICS 2019 Awards. Due to an increase in instructions a requirement for a talented Senior/Associate Building Surveyor has arisen.

You'll undertake residential and education projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas. Also lead new build and refurbishment schemes, other duties including liaising directly with executive stakeholders and consultants.

You're able to achieve accreditation's such as MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, IOSH and more. In addition, opportunities are offered to achieve Partner status through specific targets and objectives.

Successful surveyor;

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS/MCIOB
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
