An independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors based in the City is looking to bolster their successful dilapidation's team.

This awarding winning firm are arguably one of the leading practices in the UK and have a well- respected name and reputation in the sector. My client is commercial specialists within the market undertaking a wide array of duties across the industry. They work with some of the UK's and World's leading blue chips organisations providing professional expertise.

Due to a recent promotion in the dilapidation's department a position has arisen. You'll undertake dilapidation's advice on the tenant and landlord side. We're seeking a talented surveyor who is commercially aware and has strong professional work experience.

Successful surveyor;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Strong professional work experience
• Work autonomously and proactively
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
