Senior/Associate Planner (Manchester)

A great opportunity has become available within one of Manchester's leading planning teams. We are looking for a Senior Planner/Associate to work on an exciting range of planning and regeneration projects in the City Centre and across the North.

You will be joining an established team with a great reputation across the region and nationally. They are enjoying a period of rapid growth and are looking to build on their success with the appointment of an experienced Senior Planner or Associate. You will be working on a great range of projects including city centre regeneration schemes, residential/mixed-use schemes as well as strategic and commercial projects. You will have the opportunity to lead on projects and gain great exposure/responsibility making this an excellent progressive move.

We are looking for candidates who are MRTPI qualified. You will ideally have some consultancy experience (preferably from your current role) and have a good knowledge of the North West planning market. You will be confident in client facing situations and not be phased by large, complex projects. Your role will include feasibility work, planning appraisals, preparing and submitting planning applications, coordinating external and internal sub-consultancy teams, appeals, providing bespoke planning advice and building your employer's brand as well as your own profile within the NW planning market.
