Associate Director - Building Surveying - global firm

A global firm has retained Beach Baker to seek an Associate Director for their Building Consultancy team.

The firm:

The firm have an expansive portfolio which they handle for both national and international clients, for whom they provide a wide variety of building consultancy services.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing a full building surveying services to the clients of the business across a range of sectors, as well as giving support and advice to other members of the Building Surveying Department. There will be a requirement to develop and win new business and assist with the overall growth of the office.

Candidate requirements:

• MRICS
• Currently a Senior/Principal Building Surveyor/Associate Director
• High degree of commerciality and experience of development business with existing clients
• Experience within a professional services environment and working with blue-chip companies
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills, with the ability to work under pressure
