Homes England Investment is responsible for the set-up, operation and monitoring of investment programmes that promote and accelerate private sector house building and associated infrastructure projects through loans, equity, and other market interventions. The Home Building Fund currently represents up to £4.5bn of recoverable investment, after being expanded in Autumn 2017 with additional funding being made available to the house building sector through the Fund. The successful candidate will play a key role in dealing with enquiries for funding from the £2bn Long Term Fund (recoverable loans for enabling infrastructure for housing development) and supporting senior colleagues in the team responsible for the delivery of this element of the Home Building Fund.
