Senior Asset Manager (Retail / Office) Manchester

Well known, highly successful national property company have need for an additional Asset Manager to join the team. The post requires a professional, competent in identifying and delivering initiatives to maximise income from the portfolio, or reduce costs. Accordingly, applicants must have expert knowledge of lettings, refurbishments, rent reviews/lease renewals, managing external consultants, re-gears, acquisitions/disposals & due diligence matters, (retail and office experience would be favoured). This post would suit a Chartered Surveyor with strong verbal and written communications skills, up to date IT knowledge, as well as effective time management and leadership characteristics.
