Senior Building Surveyor;

A position for a talented Senior Building Surveyor has arisen to join a multi-discipline practice in South East London.

My client is arguably one of the most respected property consultants in London, they provide professional property expertise across several sectors. Due to the promotion of an existing Senior Surveyor to Associate status a position in the team has arisen.

You’ll undertake public sector projects in the South East which includes; housing, schools, universities and leisure centres. The position available is to lead several exclusive schemes from inception to completion. Other duties include liaising with external stakeholders and provide high levels of customer service.

This practice heavily invests into their employees, they offer full support and guidance to ensure you achieve your personal goals. A career progression programme is in place which includes specific targets to gain promotion. Regular salary reviews and meetings are additional influences in development.

Responsibilities;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Schedules of condition
• Party wall matters
• Planned maintenance
• Building Surveys

Successful surveyor;

• BSc/Msc Building Surveying
• MRICS/MCIOB – or on the way to achieving this status
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
