Chartered Building Surveyor

A highly regarded building and project consultancy located in Edinburgh are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding and highly experienced team.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be highly client focused with an outstanding drive to deliver the highest standard of work in an effective and efficient manner.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplined team as well as independently on a mix of both project and professional services.

The Role of The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will include;

  • Contract administration
  • Design and specification writing
  • Schedules of dilapidations
  • Dealing with building warrants
  • Liaising with clients and building meaningful professional relationships

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

  • MRICS (newly qualified considered)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Practical understanding of commercial property
  • Ability to strategically approach problem solving

In Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £35,000 - £45,000
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
