Capital Markets Associate / Associate Director
We are currently looking for a Capital Markets Associate for a leading Real Estate Asset & Investment Manager. Our client delivers bespoke, creative capital markets solutions for a range of investors across all real estate asset classes.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong working knowledge within the real estate/property debt fund/lending platform or debt advisory space.
Advanced financial modelling and presentation skills, with knowledge across various asset classes is required.
A package of circa £65,000 - £80,000 plus usual benefits and bonus is on offer for the right candidate.
