Building Surveyor (Surveyor or Senior)

Chartered Building Surveyor required for a national Property Consultancy in their South Yorkshire office. Looking to appoint at Surveyor or Senior level, this would suit a candidate with up to 3 years post qualification experience.

You will be supported in your own personal development and there is a clear route for progression.

The Role:

This organisation has an established portfolio, including over £20 million of claims work. You will be working a mix of professional and project work including Dilapidations, Pre- Acquisition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence and Landlord and Tenant Advice.

Contract Admin work ranges in value up to £200k and includes some interesting projects within the Retail, Automotive, Office and Logistic & Industrial sectors.

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Up to 3 years PQE
• Commercial experience from within a consultancy environment
