This is an exciting opportunity to join Homes England as a Specialist for the Customer Due Diligence Team, working as part of a small professional team. Your role will be supporting the Senior Specialist - CDD to ensure that comprehensive KYC/CDD checks of new customers across Homes England Affordable Housing business, but in particular the Community Housing Fund, are completed in a timely manner and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. 

The Government is making £163m available across England through the Community Housing Fund to support an increase in housing supply in England by increasing the number of additional homes delivered by the community-led housing sector.

The job holder will gain exposure to a wide range of organisations within the Affordable Housing Sector, and will benefit from interesting work, professional development (including initial training) and a dynamic working environment.

This is a fixed term position lasting 24 months.
