Building surveyor with a minimum of 18 months experience to join a boutique consultancy in London.
About the client;
The privately-owned consultancy is comprised of loyal, passionate and very inspiring professionals, who deliver project management & building consultancy services within the commercial, industrial, residential, leisure and retail space. The business boasts an exceptional client base, working with the likes of Major Banks, Funds, Investors, Occupiers and Landed Estates.
Employing circa 25 strong across three disciplines, the building surveying team are 7 strong. This is a phenomenal chance to work directly with the associate director on a plethora of projects within the high end residential and commercial space.
The work you will encompass will give you an evenly balanced diet across project and professional services within a team culture that means not one person is left on their own to get on with duties unless of course, this is something that they wish for. You will be working alongside chartered professionals as well as APC mentors, and in turn, should receive the right guidance and support assisting you through your APC.
One of their established clients is a large developer, who has instructed them on a number of key instructions over the forthcoming years. This will be a great opportunity for you to develop your contract administration and project management skills, whilst gaining greater exposure to engaging and managing client’s expectations.
You will have completed a degree in Building Surveying and are enrolled on the RICS Building Surveying APC Pathway. Ideally, you will have 18 months’ experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy or practice, with aspirations of working mainly within the private sector.
