Chartered Building Surveyor
A position has been created for a chartered building surveyor, who has the focus and drive to help develop a significant service line for a well-established consultancy in Oxford.
About the client;
The partnership is a holistic property consultancy, that is privately owned and employs 600 staff through their network of offices within the UK.
The team and division are aligned with the private sector, working through commercial, education, industrial, leisure, pharmaceutical and residential. Current projects vary from £2million to £80 million and are procured via traditional or design and build contracts. Their clients include charities, developers, end-users/ corporate occupiers, landed estates, private members clubs and trusts.
The opportunity is for a Chartered Building Surveyor with a minimum of 1 year PQE who is commercially focused and client facing. You will assist the partner in charge, helping identify new business opportunities, whilst playing a vital role in managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
You will be expected to provide professional services on occasion, though will mainly deliver a project focused solution whether that be acting as the project manager or contract administrator.
There is a clear track of progression with the only obstacles being performance and value added.
You will have a degree in building surveying or a related technical discipline. Be a chartered building surveyor with the RICS. It is essential that you have a good breadth of experience within Professional and Project duties within commercial sectors.
