The Role

A requirement for a QS Director has arisen in a prestigious part of Central London for a multi-disciplinary consultancy.

The opportunity is to head up the cost consultancy arm in London, they have work there to be delivered but they need someone to help grow the team and take them to the next step.

Current schemes and projects will involve Commercial, Residential, business development will be a big part of this role.

This opportunity really offers a good chance to do things your own way, and take a real hands on approach in terms of development and recruitment.

About you

If you are already a Director and looking for a new challenge or in a position where you would like to take the next step in your career then this could be a good opportunity for you.

My client is keen expand his team to keep the number of projects they have now and in the pipeline under control, ideally the candidate would be MRICS and have Residential experience.

My Client is based in a central London, they work on projects ranging from £5-£200 million

They really don't have any competitors for the projects they go forward for, having the reputation for quality like they do they get first pick of the high calibre developments.
