Associate Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for a chartered associate quantity surveyor who is looking to develop their career to director and deliver best in class service for a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester.

About client;

They are a very well regarded medium sized player whose clients and staff come first. They provide a full range of Building Surveying, Capital Allowances, Cost Management, CDM & Health & Safety and Project Management Services. They have a network of offices through UK, from which they carry out all of these services from, working with clients such as charitable trusts, developers, government bodies, high net worth clients, housing associations and financial institutions. They are well established, highly regarded by their clients for exacting service and offer employees’ excellent training, a platform to achieve and progress as quickly as their abilities will allow, rather than time served.

As an associate requires you to take ownership of key projects and clients. You will be required to work on commercial projects of varying sizes and it is expected that you will pull upon the close team and greater team resources to deliver an exceptional service.

About you;

You will be a member of the RICS and have a demonstrable track record in cost management. Your experience may be with in in the public or private sector, dealing with housing, commercial offices, retail, education and hotels & leisure.
