Senior Building Surveyor

A global and innovative building consultancy located in Manchester are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their significantly experienced consultancy.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a broad range of project and professional services with a range of high profile blue chip clients.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be liaising and building relationships with existing clients as well as developing new business.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

  • 60:40 project - professional split
  • Actively managing and developing the team
  • Responsibility for complying with environmental, health, safety, security and quality standards.
  • Business development
  • Undertaking a broad spectrum of building surveying instructions

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

  • MRICS
  • Detailed understanding of JCT Contracts
  • Client-focused demeanour
  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Technical delivery experience

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £40,000 - £50,000
  • Car/travel allowance
