A well known retailer with an extensive UK property portfolio.

Description

The Building Surveyor will play a key role in providing building and technical support across all of the organisation's trading and non-operational properties.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • managing dilapidations, damage to property and general wear and tear issues
  • evaluate potential new sites as part of the acquisition process
  • work with landlords and tenants to resolve disputes
  • make sure properties are fully compliant, including right of access and light
  • * provide technical and professional support for projects
  • * handle relationships and maintain communication with suppliers and contractors to make sure they're on track with their deliverables

    • Profile

    A MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, ideally withy experience of working in the Retail or Leisure sectors in either a client-side or consultancy capacity.
