Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham
Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor required to join a client focused team within the Birmingham office of this international consultancy.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing Specialist M&E Quantity Surveying to support project based teams on a number of interesting projects, for a number of clients across a variety of sectors.
There will be a focus on professional work on a wide variety of selected projects ranging from £5m to £500m including: Commercial new build and Fit Outs; Residential; Mixed use and retail; Hotel and Leisure; Healthcare and Education.
You will be experienced in feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services on the MEP elements of a project.
