A niche Consultancy in Manchester are looking to add an experienced Fund Monitoring Surveyor to their team.

Having recently gone through a large expansion of junior staff due to winning new clients, they now require a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager or Building Surveyor who can demonstrate a clear knowledge and proven track record in bank monitoring.

This company have a strong budget for the right candidate with the feasibility to remunerate very well whilst offering a supportive and flexible working environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be chartered – MRICS
  • Previous working experience in Fund Monitoring
