Job Details
We are working with a leading, regional firm of chartered surveyors who are recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor for their Shropshire operation.
The business has enjoyed a continued period of growth and as a result are now looking to add a Chartered Rural Surveyor & Registered Valuer to their team in the heart of Shropshire
The role will see you carry out all manner of rural practice work, including:
- Red Book Valuation
- Rural estate management
- Agricultural tenancies / rent reviews
- Compulsory purchase / compensation,
- Planning & feasibility.
To be successful in the role you will have previous experience within a rural surveying practice and be a Chartered Rural Surveyor / RICS Registered Valuer.
