Construction Project Manager - Commercial Development

A Multi-disciplinary Consultancy are looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Liverpool.

You will be responsible for working a number of prestigious projects from inception to completion. This role will be focussed on commercial development, and recent projects include hotel-led mixed-use schemes, and new-build commercial offices. This is a client facing role where you will be the main point of contact, addressing any issues and filtering back to your own project teams.

This role requires flexibility as you will be working both in the office and on-site and you must possess a can-do attitude with the ability to lead teams.

Requirements:

• MRICS or CIOB with Project Management or Quantity Surveying experience
• MS Project
