Chartered Rural Surveyor

A long established, highly reputable and growing firm of Chartered Surveyors, covering Oxfordshire and Warwickshire are seeking a Rural Chartered Surveyor to join them. The business is widely regarded as the market leader locally in its field, covering a diverse range of services from across property. The rural department works with an established client base of farming and rurally focused businesses, assisting with a wide range of consultancy matters. These include, property and estate management, landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, valuation, planning and development, compulsory purchase and compensation, telecommunications and renewables, and grants and subsidies. 
 
To be considered for this position, you will need to be MRICS Qualified, or certainly working towards with relevant experience. It’s important that you are motivated, commercially aware with the ambition to work for a market leader and become an equity partner.
