A superb client-side project manager role with an investor/developer in London.

About the client; 

Our client is a well-established investor and developer who are focused on residential, industrial and retail sectors. Their business model has three prongs to it; firstly, they purchase swathes of land to develop large industrial sheds and/or retail units. Secondly, they purchase redundant retail/industrial units and either convert them to residential or refurbish them to a high standard to let out. Third and finally, they have a residential arm where they mainly focus on new build schemes up to 30 units.

This project manager role will see you working within their residential arm. You will be responsible for taking schemes from planning permission process, design and tender through delivery.  Typically, schemes are valued between £1m - £20m.

The client operates across the whole of the UK however the role will be based from their London office and projects will be located in and around greater London.

About you;


You will need to have 6+ years of project management experience within the residential sector. It is preferable that you have carried out cradle to grave duties on similar sized schemes. Ideally, you will be degree educated preferably with a construction related degree.
