Client-side Construction Manager

A prolific opportunity for a client-side construction manager to work with a highly regarded developer/investor on London centric schemes.

About the client; 

Our client is one of the biggest investor/developer in UK with over £8bn GDV of work in the pipeline. They operate within three key geographies which are London, Manchester and Dublin. Their schemes are predominantly mixed use, residential led however they also invest heavily into the commercial office space.

As a construction manager you will be responsible for the complete overview of the design process from concept through planning to detailed design and then through the construction process. With their smaller projects you will lead the construction however on the grander schemes you will be tasked with carrying out an employer’s agent role. Other duties will include;

• Producing cost plans, managing cash flows, cost reporting
• Dealing with all local authorities and stakeholders
• Tendering and procurement of Main/Sub-contractors for each contract

About you;

You will be a senior project manager and/or construction director with a residential or commercial developer who has 10+ years of experience in delivering mixed use, residential led schemes up to £200m. You will be well versed with the entire project lifecycle from inception through to delivery. Ideally, degree educated within a construction related field.
