Interim: Senior Housing Development Officer

Do you have previous Housing experience within a Local Authority or Housing Association?

If so, a Local Authority, located in London, is looking for a Senior Housing Development Officer to join their team. You will work towards the delivery of Council housing and starting off the project management stage for schemes ranging between 5-100 units.

Experience:

• Able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering Development & Regeneration schemes of comparable scope.
• Knowledge and Understanding of traditional and modern methods of construction.
• Ability to critique and modify financial appraisals, maintain and improve on quality, manage risk and anticipate problems and opportunities.
• Knowledge of the planning process and relevant national, regional and local planning and regeneration policy and legislation.
