Property Management Surveyor - Manchester

A global real-estate consultancy in Manchester are looking for a Surveyor to join their Property Management team, totalling 12.

You will work landlord side, advising clients from regional clients to National Funds in all aspects of property management, with a particular focus on asset management, in order to maximise value for the client’s assets. In addition, the role is inclusive of some agency work, where you will be involved in letting and sub-letting for landlords.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Manager at Associate level or above. Any Agency experience would be desirable but not essential to the role. While being a Chartered Surveyor is advantageous, the consultancy is more interested in your previous experience and ability to hit the ground running within the role.
