An independent, highly regarded property and construction consultancy located in Leicester are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding consultancy.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be undertaking the full range of traditional building surveying instructions across a wide variety of sectors including; defence, healthcare, commercial and blue light.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be playing an instrumental part in the management of schemes in the East Midlands and the management of less experienced surveyors.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

• Contract Administration (JCT / NEC3)
• Drawing and specification writing
• Schedules of condition and dilapidations
• Technical due diligence
• Liaising with clients and developing meaningful professional relations

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and principles
• Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
