Job Details
Kent based practice of Chartered Building Surveyors is recruiting a Building Surveyor to complement their team.
Experience working in a Building Surveying division is essential, our client has stressed formal Surveying qualifications are preferable but not essential.
This is an interesting and bespoke opportunity to join a dynamic and established practice of Building Surveyors. You will be exposed to a variety of projects across Kent, London and the South East working with various commercial clientele.
The Role
- Planning and planning appeals.
- Project management
- Party wall
- Specification writing and tender process.
- JCT Contract work
- Residential design on CAD for conversion and new build, knowledge of building regulations
- Site measurement and contractors valuation of works.
