An opportunity has arisen for a Part Qualified Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy team in a well-respected Property Consultancy in Leeds.

This LLP has a national coverage, and you will be joining a large network of employees working on behalf of Owners, Occupiers, Developers and Investors. 

You will be offered extensive study support and fast career progression within a business who takes pride in their staff’s development, with a very high percentage of their graduates becoming MRICS chartered at the first attempt.

The Role:

Working within the Commercial Building Surveying team, you will be involved in all aspects of core building surveying giving you the exposure to both project & professional work. You will be client facing, providing advice on the condition of properties therefore you must be confident to communicate at this level.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying
• APC registered with 6-12 months left to complete
• Previous experience of working in a consultancy
• Full driving license is essential
