Reporting to the Trust’s Chief Financial Officer based at the Guildhall in the City of London, the Director of Estates and Facilities Management is a brand new, key leadership position responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the estate and its facilities management service. This role will provide a professional focus for the full range of building and property related works.

You

Dynamic and motivational, you will be setting and driving strategy on estates and facilities management, reviewing and setting policies across the Trust and ensuring that outcomes are consistent and compliant. You will possess a proven track record in senior level management of building services and fabric maintenance, as well as leading complex projects and procurement, ideally within a public sector organisation. Strong leadership and contract management skills are essential; you will be adept in the regular review of team performance and contracts ensuring value for money in addition to efficient operational delivery.
