Associate Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

I am exclusively partnered with an award-winning PQS Consultancy seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor or Director as they look to fill the role of their retiring Board Director in the next 2/3 years.

This consultancy offers the full-range of traditional quantity surveying services and predominantly work alongside Tier 1 contractors helping them deliver projects across the north west.

Long term this role will offer the successful Quantity Surveyor the autonomy to reach the top of an established consultancy and work alongside a sociable team on exciting schemes.

Rarely does the chance to take on a Quantity Surveying opportunity with this scope for progression come around.

  • Previous UK experience of working in a consultancy/PQS practice
  • Proven business development skills
  • Good communicator
