We have an exciting opportunity to join Connells Survey & Valuation, a leading surveying and valuation panel management company, as an Area Manager.

To be a successful Area Manager, you will need a proven track record in recruiting, building and developing high performing teams, delivering excellent results through strong leadership and motivating others. 

The role requires excellent organisation skills and an ability to communicate effectively, setting a clear vision for the team, with a view to maximising productivity and delivering first class service to our clients.

You will also be expected to build a strong personal profile as the face of Connells Survey & Valuation within the surveyor and client community and, make a full contribution as a member of the surveyor leadership team, to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

As well as this, you will have had previous success in residential surveying, inclusive of mortgage valuations, Home Buyers Reports and Building Surveys. You will be an Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS, with a real passion for developing yourself to be the best you can be.
