Job Details
Experienced commercial property manager, with some experience of managing Shopping Centres, is required by a well-known, well regarded national property company. Applicants will be surveyors (F/MRICS Qualified) who have experience of handling all aspect relating to the day to day running of a portfolio, (including service charge matters, financial reports, insurance, H&S, site visits etc). This post will be based from their Manchester office, covering properties predominantly around the North. Salary circa £40 - £45,000 + Benefits.
