Salary:  £38,850 - £41,725 per annum

The college seeks to appoint a professionally qualified Building Surveyor to join our busy Estates and Facilities Department based at the Usk Campus.

The department has responsibilities for all College estate related services including capital developments, maintenance, health, safety and environmental management across its five main campuses and its satellite premises.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Operations, the successful candidate must have a proven track record across a full range of building surveying and facilities management support services applicable with the upkeep of a large Further Educations estate.

A sound working knowledge of AutoCAD/ and or Revit, MS Word, Excel and Project is required.
