A great opportunity for an associate director to join a London focused consultancy who operate within the private sector.
About the client;
The multi-disciplinary consultancy has a twenty strong project management team across three UK offices with the majority of these project managers based in London. The project management service offering works on a variety of different projects from commercial offices, retail, hotel & leisure and a small number of residential projects. They have public sector clients but are looking to move out of this sector. One of their key projects at the moment is a £10m cut and carve commercial office. Typically, values of projects range from £500,000 to £50m.
As an associate director you will, depending on the client, be leading project delivery on up to three contracts, offering strategic advice to funds/investors, providing holistic professional services and programme management and internal team management. This role offers a clear path to Director and to achieve this you will need to be able to work autonomously, show a strong track record of project delivery and business development and also the ability to draft contracts from a blank piece of paper.
Ideally you will be well versed in the private sector with a degree in a construction related field. It is paramount that you can work autonomously and have the drive and hunger to really develop your team and client contacts.
In return you will be rewarded with;
